At LuminaFate ("Manifest Reality"), accessible at luminafate.com, our core philosophy is sacred privacy and personal sovereignty. This Privacy Policy outlines the minimal information processed by our application and our strict privacy safeguards.

1. Zero-Tracking Philosophy

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal data to any third parties or advertisers. LuminaFate operates primarily as an in-browser client-side application. Your meditation timers, custom audio choices, volume preferences, and frequency alignments are retained in your browser's private local storage on your device.

2. Audio and Hardware Synthesizer

LuminaFate synthesizes pure harmonic tones in real-time utilizing the official W3C Web Audio API directly within your browser.

• No Microphone Required: The application does not require microphone access for core meditation.
• No Audio Recording: No ambient audio, sound files, or user audio streams are recorded or stored.
• Custom Audio Files: Any audio files you upload to the frequency engine are decoded locally in your device's memory and are never transmitted to our servers.

3. Authentication & Account Data

LuminaFate offers optional sign-in via Google Identity Services and Sign in with Apple (in compliance with App Store Review Guideline 4.8).

• Information Collected: When you choose to sign in, we receive your basic profile identity (name, email address, profile avatar, and account identifier) as authorized by your provider.
• Purpose: Account authentication is used solely to identify your access tier (Seeker or Ascended Adept), sync unlocked sacred frequencies, and preserve your membership status across devices.
• Zero-Firebase: We do not utilize third-party ad networks or tracking frameworks for authentication.

4. AI Hermetic Sage (Hermes Trismegistus)

LuminaFate provides an interactive conversational guide powered by serverless cloud compute in Microsoft Azure:

• Inquiries sent to Hermes Trismegistus are processed ephemerally to generate real-time wisdom and frequency recommendations.
• Your inquiries are not used to train public foundation models.
• Conversations are maintained in session memory and can be cleared at any time by refreshing or resetting your session.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You maintain full sovereignty over your data:

• You may sign out at any time via the Sanctuary Portal modal, which clears local session credentials immediately.
• To permanently delete your account and associated profile records, you may email us directly at cfranklin@kyaconsult.com with the subject "Delete Account," and all records will be permanently expunged within 3 business days.

6. Analytics & Telemetry

We use anonymized Google Analytics (GA4) solely to measure aggregated application performance, page load times, and geographic availability. IP addresses are anonymized, and no personally identifiable information (PII) is attached to analytics streams.
